The room was clean and had a balcony and all the basic amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

Everything looks great. Updated rooms complete with the balcony, windows blacked out, for example.

Clean place accompanied by kind staff. The employees were polite and courteous. The service was welcoming and the pool was heated. Moreover, parking was onsite. The location was stunning and incredible, not far from a beautiful lake, the Rideau Canal and downtown area.

My room was upgraded and had all the basic amenities, plus it was located by the Rideau river, which was a nice bonus.

This place provided me with an upgraded room featuring a balcony and a fridge, and its location close to the airport was wonderful and beautiful.

My daughter, granddaugter and I enjoyed our stay at the Monterey very much and will definitely book with you for future stays. Your prices are very good, staff extremely friendly and courteous and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would rate your establishment very high and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Thr room was lovely and the Hotel was situated nice and close to the highway for easy access.

The location of this hotel in Ottawa is fantastic, near the airport, river, major tourist attractions, and the city center with an attached restaurant nearby. the room was recently renovated, had a very comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom. Additionally, it offers a lovely view of the river.

The resort was very clean, conveniently located and the office and breakfast room staff were helpful and friendly.

Having to go outside to reach the main building for the complementary breakfast is less than ideal. It was fine for us, even though it's wintertime. However, had it been raining or had there been a snow blizzard, it would have been quite inconvenient.

Great staff. Enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar. Nice grounds. Tim Hortons next door. Sufficient for my purposes. Would likely return, but would like to see what the larger suites look like in comparison to the older unit that I stayed in.

Showing its age. Needs updates and general repairs. Not the cleanest room. Not much in the way of complimentary items, (shampoos etc.) that I come to expect from any hotel.
